• What exactly is a Seiko Mod?
  A Seiko Mod is a fully hand-assembled watch built on a genuine Seiko NH automatic movement, combined with premium aftermarket components — cases, dials, crystals, and bracelets — carefully selected and assembled to create a unique timepiece. You get the reliability of Japanese engineering with the aesthetic of a luxury watch, at a fraction of the price.
• How long will it last?
  With normal wear and basic care, your ChronoLab watch is built to last years. The NH movement is one of the most reliable and serviceable calibres in the world — used in watches across every price range.
• Are your watches waterproof?
  Yes. Every ChronoLab watch is pressure tested for water resistance before it ships.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We currently accept cash on delivery. Additional payment methods including card and digital payments will be available very soon.
• Can I cancel my order after placing it?
  Yes — as long as production has not yet started, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Once our watchmakers begin assembly, the order can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible at chronolab3@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.
• How do I track my order?
  Once your watch has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
• How long does it take to build and deliver my watch?
  Every ChronoLab timepiece is hand-assembled to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for your watch to be built and quality-checked, followed by 10–14 business days for delivery. Times may vary — some orders arrive sooner, others may take a little longer.
