Production & Dispatch

Every ChronoLab timepiece is hand-assembled to order. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for your watch to be built and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Delivery times may vary — some orders arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on your location, customs clearance, or carrier circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chronolab3@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence.
